Ged Clapson specializes in media and communications training for church and charitable groups. He is an experienced writer and broadcaster with the BBC and ILR, and has spent the past 15 years in PR strategy and consultancy.

Rachel Collinson has been managing London web design agency rechord for 7 years. She has taught BA and MA web design students around the UK. Her company was chosen by Creative Review in 2001 to be featured in their annual showcase of the best of design talent, Creative Futures.

Gill Dandy has over 25 years experience in the public relations industry, including on campaigns such as Keep Sunday Special and No Smoking Day. She was a Board Director of Shandwick Communications before moving into the not-for-profit sector as Director of PR and Development for London Bible College (now London School of Theology) and then Communications Director for the Evangelical Alliance.

Rachel Farmer worked for ten years in regional journalism before becoming Director of Communications for the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. She is also editor of the award-winning C Magazine.

Andrew Graystone is the Director of the Churches’ Media Council. He produces television programmes for BBC Religion and produces, writes and presents programmes for BBC Radio 4.

Sarah Meyrick is a freelance journalist and PR professional. She writes regularly for the Church Times, The Independent and Oxfordshire Life.

Gillian Oliver is Head of Communications Development for the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England. Previously she was Director of Communications for the Diocese of Manchester, a news editor with ITN and associate editor of Granada’s ‘Tonight with Trevor MacDonald’. She can guide you through the ways in which news is made and let you into the secrets of judging news stories.

Neil Pugmire is communications adviser for the Diocese of Portsmouth, and is the author of four books, including “100 Ways To Get Your Church Noticed”. He was previously a journalist for regional newspapers for nine years. He is also a professional scriptwriter and artistic director of Top Cat Theatre Company.

Chris Rees has spent his professional life in the broadcasting industry as an award-winning producer and now a media and training consultant and coach.

Martin Short is Chaplain to the Bishop of Dover and a Minor Canon of Canterbury Cathedral, with media responsibility within the Diocese of Canterbury. He is a former broadcaster, TV advisor, Head of Training for the Church of England Communications Office and Communications Officer for the Diocese of Bradford.
