Booking terms
Online, telephone, email and fax bookings are counted as provisional and will be held for 14 days pending receipt of the full course fee.
If the full course fee is not received within 14 days the place may be offered to someone else.
If a place on a course is booked less than ten working days before the course date, the full fee must be paid at the time of booking and will not be refundable.

Any variation to this procedure must be agreed in writing.
If a place on a course is cancelled with more than ten working days' notice the full fee will be refunded or credited towards another course on another date.
If a place on a course is cancelled with less than ten working days' notice or if a delegate fails to attend the course, the course fee will not be refunded. However a substitute may replace the original delegate. Please inform us of any changes.
Communications Training staff reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances the full fee will be refunded or credited towards another course on another date.

Booking online
Please print off and follow these instructions if you are uncertain of how to make an online booking of places on one or more of the 2008 courses.
1. Go to the page on the website that gives details of the course you want to book.
2. Click the "Online booking form" link in the left-hand panel.
3. Locate your chosen course date on the "Online Booking Form" screen and, if you want to book more than one place, change the "1" in the place-box to some other number. Then click the "Add to Bookings Basket" button.
4. Once you complete that stage correctly, the "Booking Basket" screen will appear. It will show the places you have tentatively booked and their cost. At this stage you have several options. You may change the number of places you have tentatively booked; and if you do this you must then click the "Recalculate" button so that the calculations of cost can be revised. Or you may click the "Continue Browsing" button which will take you back to the last course page you were on. (From there you may find and book places on additional courses which will be added to your Booking Basket.) Or you may click the "Checkout" button.
